These Terms of Service govern your use of nuchugum.com and purchases from nüchü. The site is operated by Mindful Brands, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase nüchü. The product contains caffeine.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for a pricing error, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. By submitting an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the order total.

Shipping timing, rates, tracking, address corrections, and lost package handling are described in our Shipping Policy.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Follow all label directions and do not exceed 4 pieces per day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those sensitive to caffeine. Keep away from pets because xylitol is toxic to them. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
