Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders of 2 or more pouches and $4.95 for a single pouch. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
Tracking and carrier delays
Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but if a package is lost in transit, email chew@nuchugum.com and we'll make it right.
Address errors
Address errors entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to correct an address.
